Over the last 12 years I have used Rui and his team on a number of occasions.
Each time, the service I have received been utterly professional, competent and efficient.
The team are very friendly and welcoming and kept me fully informed with the progress
of each transaction. Everything is explained in plain English and did not try to confuse
me with any legal jargon. If you have any issues that require the services of a lawyer,

I will rate RMN Mr. Horta and his team, 5 out of 5 stars. Why? Coming from Norway to be a Portuguese citizens is quite a challenge. I was recommended by a friend living in Tavira to use Horta. He was most pleased with the support from Hortas team, and so am I. Firstly I was introduced to Mr. Horta giving me a thorough introduction to procedures and regulations in Portugal. From then on everything was running smoothly. They all spoke fluently English. I was met by a most positive attitude, every issue was well prepared and meetings with authorities were scheduled and absolutely no problems appeared on our way. The ladies at the front gate were professional and I must say that Patricia is a super fixer . Thanks to all of you that are working in the company. Very good service for house purchase.
From first meeting through to completion everything has been communicated clearly. The English skills of the entire team are excellent and whenever we asked a question about the property, the area or even local services such as utilities, we had answers within hours.

We (Swiss) bought our house near Tavira this year and have now been here in Portugal for three months. The Tavira Lawyers organized the purchase of the house for us, including the transfer of all contracts. They also helped us afterwards with important contacts such as insurance companies, tradesmen.... Rui Horta and his team have always supported us in all matters in a friendly manner and at all times. We are in the process of acquiring an apartment in Tavira and we are very happy we decided to engage Rui Horta and his team to support us.
When we ask for an action they immediately jump on it and when finished they always ask "what more can we do for you?"

Even remote and long distance apart they are very easy to work with and we highly recommend their services to any Scandinavians with plans to acquire a new home in Algarve, Portugal.
