Following the recommendation of the public health authorities, and our social and ethical conscience, we will reduce the hours of direct contact with our customers and service providers, to two hours in the morning, between 10.00 and 12.00 AM and 15.00 and 16.00 PM.
We also adopted several hygiene and care measures in the office, recommended by public health entities, for greater safety and comfort for visitors and employees. It is our aim to actively contribute to raising awareness of the need to reduce contacts and the consequences of exposure to risk factors, aiming at the well-being of all.
We request that any contact is preferably made via telephone or e.mail, choosing meetings and direct contacts, only in absolutely necessary cases.
We will surely maintain the same quality of service that we provide and we hope that we will soon be able to resume normal office activity.
