Dr. Rui is an excellent and efficient professional. He handled our house purchase with absolute efficiency. The great thing about Dr. Rui and Clara Rosa is that when they promise to do something, they do it. Besides this, they are great fun to deal with and always enjoy a laugh and a joke - the way business should be.

Vi ble anbefalt Rui Horta da jeg besøkte en stand for boligkjøp i syden. Det første vi gjorde var å besøke Horta for å få ordnet med fiscalnummer. Deretter ble det kjøp av eiendom. Rui Horta tok seg av alle formaliteter på en svært betyggende måte. Det var stort sett bare å hente nøklene og flytte inn. Senere når det har vært behov for private eller offentlige tjenester og spørsmål om hvem vår fiscal representant er, er alltid responesen positiv når vi sier det er Rui Horta. Vi føler oss godt ivaretatt. Horta kan varmt anbefales.

We bought a nice piece of Portugese land in Sto. Estevao, but with a slight land problem. Rui fixed this nicely for us. Than we started to build our house with builder Mestre e Cavaco. The team of Rui Horta and Mestre is the best if you ever decide to buy land and build your own house.
No problems and ready within one year which is even for Portugese standards remarkable quick. As Rui did a lot of inspection on the building site he ruined his dancing shoes.But we replaced them by nice dutch wooden shoes. Also his team of Clara and Sheila helped a lot. The after-sales is perfect.

Rui Horta en zijn vriendelijke assistentes hebben het tegendeel bewezen. Notabene op 2e Kerstdag startten wij de onderhandelingen in zijn smaakvol ingerichte kantoor. Wij kregen een fiscaalnummer en hij regelde personlijk een bankaccount bij de Banco Espirito Santo.
Binnen een maand, zoals afgesproken, werd de verkoopakte gepasseerd bij de notaris.
Riu Horta is niet de goedkoopste, maar wel de beste. Hij is strikt ter zake, duidelijk en houdt zich aan zijn gemaakte afspraken.
